At CTIA 2010 Samsung proudly announces the new cellphone the Galaxy S GT-I9000 which is Android smartphone, and after a survey it was declared to be the most powerful Android device in the market. Similar to as the Google Nexus One and the HTC Desire, the Galaxy phone wears a powerful 1GHz processor which is capable to run Android 2.1 OS.

The Galaxy also features a 4-inches AMOLED touchscreen which is also equipped with mDNIe (short for mobile Digital Natural Image engine) technology which helps to deliver even more sharper and crispier image for a view. For a photography it has a 5 megapixel integrated camera with auto focus, smile shot, panorama shot and even capable of recording 720p HD video’s. It has also a Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity options. The memory of the phone is also superb as it has 8GB or 16GB internal memory which can be upgraded to 32GB via microSD card.

The Samsung Galaxy S works on quad-band GSM/EDGE and tri-band 3G HSDPA 7.2Mbps networks. Availability of phone is expected very soon in Europe, North America, Latin America, Australia, and Asia.
