Follow these couple of easy steps :

In start menu go to RUN command and type cmd to enter in DOS shell.

[type] net(space)user(and press enter)

[type] net(space)user(space)[windows login ID](space)*(press enter)
have a look to an example if you are getting confused
for eg : net user FSKHAN *(press enter)
Now [type] new password (press enter) and retype it (press enter).. it will show you the confirmation. Your typed password wont be displayed and simple the cursor will be blinking which shows you are done.
