Nokia has finally into the race to add the very first dual sim enabled cellphone to its production line. These two latest introduced models are not too high with their prices, its the Nokia C-Series which adds amazing features in a low-budget price range.
The very first one is the Nokia C1 which offers dual sim mode for communication, the user can switch between the sim just by holding the down key for a while. The cellphone executes on Series 30 interface, the phone has a long battery time for up to 6 days on a complete charge, can hold 500 contacts and 250 messages in its memory, which is quite much extended than previous cheap models.
You are also provided with some extra features such as FM radio, torch light, headphone jack etc. The C1 is complete colored screen phone which will be available for purchase in couple of days for a price tag of 30 Euros (excluding taxes and subsidies) and will be available in different color schemes.
Nokia C2 is another phone lined up in a queue, which posses a dual sim functionality, dual sim and double sim are not the same as dual sim provides you the functionality to run both the sim simultaneously rather than switching from one sim to another, which means now your both the sims are active and no chance to miss a call or a message. You have to place one sim in the usual way beneath the battery, sim2 is swappable like a memory card.
Beside these sim functionality, C2 executes on Series 40 interface which bundles the support of different Nokia Ovi Life Tools. You are also provided with FM radio, music player, extendable memory card up to 32GB. Boosts a VGA camera at the back, GPRS and Bluetooth enabled. You can store up to 1,000 phonebook contacts. The battery backup is excellent as it provides enough juice for up to 16 days. Nokia C2 will be official in July (expected) for a price tag of 45 Euros and will be available in different colors schemes.
