Would you love to decorate your living area with some computer geeky stuff ? I love to have one of the other thing made up of computer hardware or peripherals which are of no use, similarly a geeky table has been designed by GuyInMilwaukee from MAKE forums.
The table looks really awesome as it is made from all motherboard of a computer. The computer hardware used to manufacture this table is motherboards, hard drives snatched from old Intergraph 6000 series machine which was supposed to be in use late 80’s or 90’s, when we use to have really big enough motherboards.
GuyInMilwaukee did not use any specific pattern to construct the table as all motherboards filled their own pattern creating a huge jigsaw on the table. All these components are encased in a wooden frame surrounded by glass panels and LED lights on the top boundary add attractive look to the table. This LED lights are smart enough as it glows when darkness falls around its surroundings.
I guess this is really good idea and i am a fan of such things. Maybe one day i will be posting same thing with my own creation.

how did you get the motherboards to stick together……as i am currently working on a similar project but has computer 12″ cathode lights as well as a computer monitor built into the table please help me out
