Motorola has just pushed out its all new latest Android smartphone which pretty much resembles to its first generation predecessor i.e Motorola Xtreme Droid which just came to the market less than a year, but definitely there are some enhancements made to this model a few weakness were marked but there is no big surprise with new one.
Below are some first impressions snaps of Motorola Droid 2. The looks are pretty much similar to the previous Motorola Xtreme Droid except we see the latest models to be slightly bigger in size and screen, as Droid 2 features a 3.7” FWVGA TFT display screen which can produce 480 x 854 of resolution.
Underneath the big screen is a 1 GHz processing unit, 8GB of built-in memory plus additional storage can be added via microSD card slot which comes with 8GB by default and can be extended to 32GB microSD card.
Now the operating system Droid 2 features is the latest Google mobile OS i.e Android 2.2 (Froyo) which supports Adobe Flash player 10.1 by default. The upper part of Droid 2 has a 5MP camera with dual LED flash light and is capable of recording video in 720 x 480 resolution.
