Engadget have just reported that T-Mobile have just announced their new G2 Android based smartphone via its website which is after the successor of previous G1. According to the speculation this is the very cellphone to run on T-Mobile’s HSPA + airwaves capable of 4G speeds.
G1 was the first line of phone from T-Mobile which also runs Google Android operating system, know G2 is the second line-up phone which utilizes all the latest available technologies and ships with Android 2.2 Froyo OS. The official specifications of T-Mobile G2 may have the following :
- 3.7? touchscreen which produces 480×800 resolution.
- Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system.
- Slide out Qwerty keyboard.
- Qualcomm MSM 7230 800 Mhz processor.
- 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi.
