Dell proudly revels the latest notebook in its Inspiron family tree called the Inspiron 15R Alloy Edition. The notebook was so called because of its silver waves pattern on its front side of the machine which gives a feel of metal, the design is a unique and most of them will like it as it also gives a good feeling.

Inspiron 15R Alloy Edition has a standard 15.6” display screen providing 1366 x 768 display on its bright LED backlight. There is a bunch of different choice for the processor, as you can get the notebook with Core i3, i5 and even i7 CPU’s. The notebook can bear up to 8GB of RAM with Core i3 and i5 processors at 1066 MHz and Core i7 machines with 1333 MHz RAM.

By default the machine has an Intel HD graphics card, where as you can also choose ATI HD 5650 GPU as an optional with 1GB of RAM. Inspiron 15R has huge space for storage as it gets a 750GB of hard disk drive with 5400rpm and 7200rpm, both available. Under optical drive you get a DVD burner and a DVD burner category 2 which can even play Blu-ray discs as optional. The machines comes with a 6-cell battery where as there is an option to choose a 9-cell battery pack.
