The smart developer was from Australia named as Chris who have managed to gain root access on the phone’s registry and file systems. All the works begins with a third-party application called “Network Profile” from Samsung which provides native code for the experiment. Silverlight was not able to give access to the code, that’s why third party application was used.

Well Windows Phone 7 jailbreak tool is not yet official it is just the starting of new era of jailbreaking Windows Phone 7. You just imagine the possibility of developing your own apps for your phone, as there will be no limitations and boundaries and developers could develop something beyond Microsoft Silverlight framework and SDK.
