Have you ever went through Android 2.2 aka Froyo OS ? I guess many of you have been those who are the users of Android smartphone must be familiar with the name. How about taking this OS installed on your desktop based PC running on Windows 7. It’s not crazy stuff there is a simple utility program to be downloaded and it will help you execute Froyo on your desktop PC.

Thanks to XDA Forum member tomlogan1 who have made this trick a simple why to execute. Let me tell you a brief introduction to Froyo as it is a mobile operating system, Android version 2.2, as the latest mobile OS for android is Gingerbread.

If you want to install Froyo parallel to Windows 7 then you can jump over to Android X86 website where a complete detail is there how you can port Froyo on your desktop. Another method is to get a VMware version of Froyo, and install the program on a USB drive and boot your computer with USB. Upon successful bootup the OS will automatically search for the WiFi network around you for more fun.
