The most awaiting latest smartphone from The Google Nexus S has been setup for sale in US from today onwards and is expected to be available in UK from next week i.e 20th of December most probably. The Google Nexus S is exclusively bought from Best Buy in US where customers have a choice to buy purchase the phone or make it on a contract.

Nexus S is the successor to Nexus One again branded with Android’s updated version called Gingerbread. The phone features a 4-inch AMOLED touchscreen giving resolution of 480px on the screen.

The Google Nexus S is the very first phone running on the latest Android OS, Gingerbread featuring 1GHz processor, a 5 mega-pixel camera and front facing VGA camera for video calls. Other common features include NFC (Near Field Communication), a built-in 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, microUSB port and a 1500mAH battery stick.

The smartphone provider Best Buy have restricted the purchase of Nexus S for two handsets per customer, if you are willing to purchase the phone without any contract you have to pay $529. If you wish to have a contacted based Nexus S then you have to pay $199.
