And I know the free tool that will help you to password protect both Chrome and Firefox – Rohos Mini Drive – http://www.rohos.com/2010/12/how-to-password-protect-google-chrome-data-with-rohos-encryption-software/
i was wondering if there is an extension to password protect only the browsing history? i dont want to stop people from using my browser, only from deleting where they’ve been.
Initial password creation dotted out, then when entering in browser window, password written in plain text for all to see. Doesn’t make much sense…
At the browser start you must insert the password and anyone can actualy see it. It has no sense.
