A couple of days a Mac OS X received an update from Apple which is supposed to be released in 2-3 days ahead. The update consists of major issue related to a malware called Mac Defender, considering the update from Apple it seems the hackers behind Mac Defender malware released a fresh version of their new variant in-order to bypass Apple’s update, looks like a war between Apple and Mac Defender hackers :)

The malware called ‘MacGuard’ gets installed on you Mac whenever you visit an potentially infected webpage. It seems the updated malware is much more dangerous as compared to its previous one, where it does ‘not require an administrator password to get itself installed.

The user will experience installer screen whenever the malware is being installed on your Mac, but it won’t prompt you to enter administrator password for the installation, this means that anyone can install the malware without knowing the destruction it would exactly make to your Mac.

Its time for Apple to bring some more powerful update to OS X in-order to protect its Mac users from this powerful threatened malware.
