The game hit the no.1 sport on App Store free games in just eight hours of its release. Pretty kewl!! Still after a week being passed it stands at no.3 top grossing apps on App Store.

Temple Run previously launched in 2011 didn’t look like much which was designed as pixelated, some Playstation like graphics and unremarkable visual design. But this things were aside as gamers loved the way it played, the genre shifting 3D twist with runner on side scrolling made a good sensation to players mind. Although the previous version went popular with more than 170 million downloads since launch.

The new sequel Temple Run 2 made its way to the most downloaded app on App Store not making a bad impression on its start. The game is now powered with a new engine, with new characters and game theme. The character still run away from monster and monkeys, while you can climb the rope enjoying sunset. The developers added new graphics levels, so unfortunately it might work for some older devices.
