In the past we have seen low-end, mid-range and high-end Android phones. Brands like Sony Ericsson and Samsung have lots of models that can be reasonably called low-end and mid-range phones. But, so far none of them has been able to put across utterly smashing quality like that of the Nexus 4 at a mid-range price of 299USD for Nexus 4 8GB and 349USD for Nexus 4 16GB. That’s where LG has stepped into this cut-throat competition, and that’s right, it has stepped in with the big guns! Nexus 4 has been released in November 2012 with built-in Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean).

• It comes with a built–in memory of 8GB or 16GB, there is no memory card slot.
• A massive 2GB RAM with which you will not have to constantly worry as to the number of applications running in background as this phone can handle it all.
• The phone does not have much to brag about on the battery front with a moderate battery life but it can be called adequate.
•  It carries the Quad-core 1.5GHz Krait processor
• A Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset.
• 8-megapixel camera with LED Flash.
• Display of the phone is jaw-dropping with the True HD IPS Plus capacitive touch-screen and with the 4.7inches screen that sports 768 x 1280 pixels.

Nexus 4 has a lot to flaunt; looking bang-on imposing and classy at the same time with its 4.7inches Corning Gorilla Glass 2 screen and slender body with a thickness of 9.1mm. The screen is framed by metallic finishing which adds onto the imposing look. The device weighs around 139g, not exactly feather light, but it truly compensates that with the feeling that it gives, of holding a solid body and not a plastic piece of junk. It is slightly rounded at the top and bottom like its predecessors in the Nexus Range. This gives it a smoother look as opposed to that of a tile-like, angular shape, gives a comfortable feel to the hand too. The back of the phone has a slightly glittery and might I add, eye-catching look due to the Crystal Reflection impressed on the Gorilla Glass 2 on the back of the phone. The back also bears LG and Nexus logos. All these features merge seamlessly to give an overall look of grace and class.
